1. How can I track my order?
After you place your order, we will send your a confirmation email with an estimated date based on the delivery method you selected! Shipping times vary depending on location, but approximately 2-5 business days once the package leaves out facility!
2. What payment methods do you accept?
Debit and credit card payments are accepted thru PayPal, Klarna and Affirm!
3. How do I return or exchange an item?
You may return an item within the first 30 days after receipt for an exchange or full refund (minus your original freight costs) so long as the items are in the original condition.
No Refunds on sale items…We can only exchange them for a different size. You are responsible for freight costs to return your item(s) unless Urban Stylez is responsible for shipping you an incorrect item, or defective! If your merchandise has a defect upon delivery we will attempt to exchange it for a non damaged item. You must contact us within three (3) days upon receipt. Urban Stylez is responsible for processing and returning such items. Please allow three (3) business days from when it’s delivered for your return to be processed.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we only ship to US
